From September 14-16, 2007, the second GameX exhibition, one of the biggest electronic entertainment shows for consumers in Eastern Europe, took place at the Crocus Expo in Moscow, Russia. Alawar was there with its most popular products, including a number of exciting Breakout games, mind-bending logic titles, thrilling arcade offerings and entertaining action-puzzle releases, attracting people of various ages. In addition to playing addictive casual games for the PC, participating in contests and leaving with free copies of the Simple Games series (CDs containing casual games created for Russian language countries), attendees were able to play casual games at the "Igokub" machine, a specialized PC-based device that allows users to play casual games by tapping sensory monitors instead of using an ordinary computer mouse.
The Global Amusement Moscow Exhibition, also known as GameX, took place March 9-11 at Crocus Expo. The Alawar Entertainment area, which occupied 200 square meters, was packed the entire time. Many adults and kids took a breather from the hardcore games shown elsewhere and enjoyed the captivating Breakout games, thrilling arcade offerings, challenging puzzle releases and addictive match-three titles we had on display. GameX is the largest show dedicated to electronic amusement and computer games in Eastern Europe and the CIS countries.
