- A concept document describing your project. If you don't have one, we'll look at any early documents that illustrate the game you're developing, what it'll look like and who's creating it. Download a sample concept document here.
- All of the visual materials you've prepared (from paper sketches to 3D models).
- A technology demo. If you don't have one, we'll look at a document explaining the graphics engine.
Your offers, the requisite materials and any questions concerning the publication of your game should be mailed to authors@alawar.com.
Our producers will consider your offer and reply to your message within one week. Should we agree to help you develop and publish your game, we'll prepare a contract. If we decide against publishing your game, we won't make the materials public nor will we hand over to any third party any of the documentation or materials you sent us.
Should you not receive a reply from us within one week, it's possible your message didn't reach us.
